You can ship your garment to our NY office. Please visit How To Ship Your Garments for shipping instructions and our address. An $8 shipping fee applies. You can also drop off your garment in person at one of our events — drop-off at events is free.

All shipping costs between the US and Kyoto are included in the price.

The lead time for Kurozome black overdyeing is approximately 2 -3 months. Once your garment is dyed, it will be shipped directly to you.

Garments made with 50% or more natural fibers such as cotton and linen can generally be dyed. Silk, wool, cashmere, and mohair are not accepted. Synthetic fibers may retain some of their original color. Please note that sewing threads are usually polyester and may remain their original color, resulting in visible contrast stitching.

Garments labeled "dry clean only" may shrink. Items with linings, shoulder pads, or internal structures may lose their shape. We recommend reviewing the full Materials & Important Notes section on our website before submitting your garment.
